A guy at a Cleveland hackathon said "let the model be wrong out loud" and it stuck with me
He was demoing a tiny image tagger on his laptop back in March and kept every bad guess on screen instead of hiding it. Now I show my team the ugly failures too, but has anyone else had a mentor push them toward showing the messy parts?
