Watched a robot arm make my latte at a cafe in Austin and it kept missing the cup by an inch
Stopped by this spot on South Congress last weekend where a robotic arm does the espresso pulls, and it frothed the milk great but dropped the cup twice. The barista just stood there laughing and said it does that when someone new stands too close to the sensor. Is this actually showing up anywhere else or is Austin just the test market for robot baristas?
