My sister said my wings were soggy, so I changed my whole method
She came over last Saturday and I made a big batch of buffalo wings in my air fryer. She took one bite and said they were too rubbery and wet, which stung because I thought 20 minutes at 380 was perfect. She told me to pat them dry with paper towels for 5 minutes and then toss them in a little baking powder before cooking. I tried it that night with 12 wings and the skin came out super crispy, like almost fried. Now I also flip them halfway through and let them rest for 3 minutes before saucing. Has anyone else gotten feedback that forced them to redo their whole wing routine?
