Serious question about my air fryer trip to the outlet mall
Walked through a kitchen store in Phoenix last weekend and counted 12 different air fryer models, but not one had a timer that goes past 60 minutes. For slow-cooked brisket edges, am I the only one who wishes these things had an 8-hour mode or is that just crazy talk?

Ain't it funny how every gadget these days is built for either fast stuff or slow stuff, but never both? It's like nobody in product design ever cooks a real meal, just quick snacks and forgotten leftovers.
