TIL a trick for crispy air fryer veggies from my local community garden

My area's community garden had a big zucchini harvest this summer. One gardener taught me to make air fryer zucchini chips that are always crisp. Cut the zucchini into thin rounds and mix with a small amount of oil and some salt. Cook them in the air fryer at 380 degrees for around 10 minutes, giving the basket a shake midway. They turn out perfectly crunchy and have become a favorite snack at my house. Now several of us share air fryer recipes using whatever the garden grows each week.

My zucchini always ends up like sawdust at 380 degrees, but that's probably just my terrible timing.
