Consider calling it a mid-day crash instead of mid-job. That tired feeling usually hits in the early afternoon for most people. It happens whether you're at work, at home, or out somewhere. Your body's natural rhythm causes it, not just your job. Eating a small snack with protein around lunch can really help. So the hunger crash is real, but it's about time of day, not work itself.
