Warning: my red filter turned clear skies into a muddy mess at the Grand Canyon
Shot a roll of Tri-X at the South Rim with a red 25 filter on my Pentax K1000, thinking I'd get those dark dramatic skies. Instead every shot came back with weird blown out clouds and skin tones on my buddy that looked like he fell in mud. Guess I didn't account for how bright it was at 7,000 feet and my meter was way off. Anyone got a cheat sheet for filter factors when you're up that high?
