That customer who watched me fix their dryer for 2 hours
Had a call last month in Tacoma where the dryer was tumbling but no heat. Turned out the thermal fuse and heating element both gave out. The homeowner, this older guy named Ray, just pulled up a chair in the laundry room and watched every step. He asked about each part and why I tested things in a certain order. It was a little awkward at first but then I got into explaining the circuit path and he nodded along. He even handed me a cold soda when I was reconnecting the vent. Anyone else have a customer who hovered the whole time and it actually turned out fine?
