Three year old washer recall notice I ignored finally caught up with me
Last week in Dayton I had a customer's 2019 model start arcing at the terminal block, and the recall notice for that exact part sat in their drawer since 2022. I used to brush off old recall alerts as past due, but now I check serial numbers against the database on every single call, has anyone else had a close call like this?
