Almost lost a whole box of Gamblin oils to my hot car trunk last Tuesday
Left a swap box in the trunk while I ran errands in Tucson and by the time I got home 4 tubes had gone soft and greasy. Now everything rides up front with the AC, even if it means my passenger seat looks like a art hoarders stash. Anyone else wreck supplies by forgetting they were in the car?
Toss a few reusable ice packs in a small cooler bag and keep the oils in there, it buys you a couple hours even in Phoenix heat. The soft tubes usually firm back up in the fridge overnight, so don't chuck them just yet. Just check the caps are tight first or you'll get oil smeared all over the ice pack.
