I finally stopped calling brokers and booked straight with a carrier, saved $340 on a Tampa to Denver run
Kept getting quotes between $1,600 and $1,900 from 5 different brokers for my Civic, then called a small carrier out of Lakeland directly and got it done for $1,260. Anyone else skip the middleman on longer routes or does that bite you on the back end with insurance?
