Rant: A broker told me my load securement was lazy, and he was right
Last month I ran a 2018 Mustang from Phoenix to Denver for a customer. I used four straps and called it done. The broker pulled me aside at the pickup and said my tie-downs looked like an afterthought. He showed me how to cross the straps differently and add wheel chocks, even on a straight drive. I changed my whole setup after that, six straps and chocks now. Has anyone else gotten pushback from a broker that actually tightened up their process?
