Just realized my car hauler in Ft. Worth billed out to 4,100 miles and I never questioned it
I shipped my truck from Ft. Worth to Portland and the paperwork said 4,100 miles, which is way more than the drive. Turns out brokers pad the mileage to cover deadhead, and I only caught it when a buddy asked why I paid for an extra 700. Has anyone else seen the odometer number on their bill not match the actual route?
