My dad rented The Room on VHS back in 2004 and I picked it over Troll 2, still regret it
We stood in Blockbuster in Tulsa for 20 minutes arguing and I went with The Room because the cover looked more serious, then we spent the whole night laughing at the spoons and yelling "you're tearing me apart" at the screen, so what bad movie did you pick over a clearly better bad movie?

Yikes, that Blockbuster trip sounds way too familiar. My cousin and I drove 30 minutes to rent Battlefield Earth over Freddy Got Fingered and I'm still mad about it. We thought it looked like a real sci-fi movie but we just sat there confused for two hours. Freddy Got Fingered would've at least been funny bad.
