DONT waste $10 on that "GOTY Edition" on G2A

Bought a copy of Fallout 3 GOTY from G2A last week for $10 and the key was ALREADY used. Support took 4 days to reply and told me to contact the seller. Never again. Anyone else got burned buying from key reseller sites?

10 bucks for a used key is rough, but I'm curious @the_kim - did PayPal actually side with you on that claim or did they say it wasn't covered? I know they have that digital goods policy thing but I've heard mixed results from people who tried it. Just wondering if it's worth the hassle or if you're better off just taking the L.

Man that "key was ALREADY used" line is exactly what happened to me with a G2A key for Skyrim. I learned the hard way too. Best advice I got was to always record yourself redeeming the key on video with a timestamp, so you have proof if it fails. Also try to use PayPal so you can file a claim within 180 days, but even then it's a coin flip if you actually get your money back.
