Rant: sulfates get blamed for everything and the shampoo label study I read does not back it up
I read a breakdown from a dermatology journal last week that said sulfate free shampoo only made a real difference for about 1 in 10 people with actual scalp sensitivity, which surprised me since folks act like the stuff is poison. I still see comments here saying sulfates cause hair loss and there is no real proof of that, it is mostly more expensive bottles with a nicer label. Did switching actually fix something for you, or did you just pay more and get the same hair?
