Pro tip: skip the $200 bike fit and just move your saddle back a half inch
Everyone at my local shop in Sacramento told me I needed a pro fit for my knee pain, which would've run me $200. My buddy Dave, who's been riding to work for 12 years, said just slide the saddle back a half inch and see what happens. I did it in my garage with a hex wrench, and 3 weeks later the knee pain on my 6 mile commute is totally gone. Now I'm wondering what else I overpaid to have someone else figure out. Did anyone else solve a nagging bike issue with a free 5 minute fix?
