Can we talk about the exact moment I lost 3 hours of progress on a show because of a bad streaming app?

I was parked at a rest stop outside Flagstaff trying to finish the last episode of season 2 when the app crashed and reset my spot, so now I have to rewatch from the middle just to find where I left off. Has anyone else dealt with a streaming service randomly losing your place mid episode?

Oh man that is the absolute worst. I feel your pain dude, I had the same thing happen with a Hulu update right before the season finale of Ramy. Nothing worse than having to scrub through a whole episode trying to remember where you fell asleep or stopped paying attention.
