Warning: I tried to watch 'The Bear' in one sitting and my brain is still scrambled
I started it at 8 PM on a Friday, thinking I'd just watch a few episodes, and didn't stop until 3 AM when I finished season 1. The constant yelling and kitchen stress gave me actual anxiety dreams about my own moving company's dispatch office. I learned that some shows are just too intense to mainline like that. Anyone else have a show they had to pace themselves with because it was too much?
My friend said she had to take breaks watching "Chernobyl" because the tension made her feel physically sick. She'd watch one episode and then need to switch to something light for a few days. The dread in that show just builds and builds.
