Rant: half the guys on my crew are torquing tube sheets by feel instead of using a star pattern
Did a retube on a 300 psi exchanger in Gary last week and found two tubes with rolled thin spots because nobody walked the pattern evenly, just cranked whatever felt tight. Anyone got a torque chart or a routine they trust for rolling tubes?
