Can we talk about the airport express bus that nobody seems to use?

Last month I flew into Lisbon and watched almost everyone in baggage claim line up for a $40 taxi while I paid 4 euros for the Aerobus right outside door 2. It runs every 20 minutes and drops you at Marques de Pombal in about 25 minutes, which was a 10 minute walk from my hostel. The thing I keep seeing people get wrong is they assume the bus is slow or sketchy, but it was clean and half empty both ways and I made it to my room quicker than two friends who split a cab. So I'm curious, what city's cheap airport bus do you always tell people about, and is there one that burned you and made you swear off them?
