Appreciation post: the cheap ballpoint pen I keep clipped to the inside cover
Everyone in the bujo groups I follow says you need a fine liner or a fountain pen for a clean setup, but I have used a plain Bic Cristal for two years now and my October spread still looks sharp. Fancy pens smear on cheap paper and cost $15 to $30, and the Bic costs about 25 cents and never lets me down. I think the ink color and layout do more for a page than the pen ever will. Has anyone else gone back to basic pens after trying the popular ones?
