Tried a plain notebook for a month after 3 years of dotted grids, what a difference
I kept seeing everyone online swear by dotted pages for bullet journaling, so I never questioned it. But last month I grabbed a basic grid notebook from a shop near my office in Portland because they were out of my usual brand. My layouts came out so much straighter and I stopped obsessing over perfect dot alignment for my habit trackers. I also found I write bigger and messier now, which sounds bad but actually feels less stressful. Has anyone else switched page styles and noticed their whole system changed? Or am I just weird about paper?
