Vent: three years ago I signed a lease on a second warehouse bay without having a lawyer look at it
Last week my lawyer pointed out the personal guarantee clause buried on page 9 that tied my home to the lease, and it turns out my landlord in Dayton could have come after it if I ever missed a payment, so has anyone here ever gotten a clause like that removed after signing?
