The old head at the Columbus training center showed me the drip loop trick and it saved my last 3 jobs
Was at a Comcast training day in Columbus last month and a 20 year guy showed me how he leaves a 6 inch drip loop with a slight low point right before the box so water runs off instead of into the fitting. Been doing it on every exterior drop since and haven't had a callback yet, anyone else got a small habit like that they picked up from a veteran?
