Saw a guy rebuilding a Rolleiflex on a folding table at the Kane County flea market and now I want to know his trick
I was out at the Kane County flea market last Sunday and there was an older fellow at a folding table with a Rolleiflex spread out in about 20 pieces on a felt mat. He had the shutter assembly apart and was cleaning the blades with a tiny brush and what looked like lighter fluid, all while chatting with people walking by. I watched for maybe 15 minutes and he never once looked flustered, just laid each screw in a row so he knew where it went back. Does anyone here use a system like that for keeping track of screws on a shutter teardown, or do you just rely on a magnetic tray and hope for the best?
