I finally spoke up in a meeting after 8 months of staying quiet and my boss actually thanked me for it
Sat in the Tuesday budget review in Denver and finally pointed out that the report my coworker was presenting had last quarter's numbers in it, and instead of getting mad he just nodded and said "good catch, can you double check my files before I send them from now on?" which honestly scared me more than the silence did, so has anyone else had a small moment of speaking up turn into a new unpaid side duty?
