Hit 500 cleanings last month, here is what surprised me

I passed 500 chimney cleanings in St. Paul around mid-October, and I figured I had seen every weird setup by now. What got me was the number of caps and crowns I fixed for free on those jobs, something like 40% of them. Anybody else track how many side repairs sneak into a standard sweep?
