Guy renting the barn next to mine in Lubbock said my car cover was doing more harm than good
Rented space in an old cotton barn outside Lubbock for my 1966 Mustang. The guy who runs the place, Bob, walked past my car and stopped. Said the cheap plastic cover was trapping moisture and he pulled it back to show me tiny beads of water on the roof. He told me to use a breathable cotton cover or just leave it bare with a good coat of wax. That was 3 summers ago and I still think about it every time I see a shiny tarp cover. Anyone else have a storage guy who knows more than the internet?
