I finally stopped storing my '68 Mustang with a full tank of gas

Everyone swears by topping off for winter storage, but I pulled 20 gallons of crusty varnish out of my carb last spring after doing that for years. Switched to a dry tank and fogged cylinders before parking it in the barn near Des Moines, and it fired up first crank this October. Anyone else deal with ethanol gumming up their lines after long sits?

Dry tank works great. Just hope the barn mice don't find it cozier than the garage.
