My car cover came loose in that wind storm last Tuesday and I found it on the neighbor's fence
Honestly I had the cover strapped down but two of the bungees snapped when the gusts hit 50 mph here in Fort Wayne. The cover was half off the roof and flapping against the driver door, and now there's a scuff on the paint I have to deal with. I ended up grabbing a tarp and some rope from the garage just to get it through the night, which felt pretty dumb for a car I barely drive. Has anyone found a strap setup that actually holds up in high wind or is a carport the only real fix?
