Signing up for my city's community solar program felt like a scam, but my last 3 bills say otherwise
I put it off for almost a year because the signup guy in Fresno kept saying I'd save money without changing anything, which sounded fake to me. Just got my third bill and it's $41 cheaper, has anyone else tried this where they live?
