Wore my safety glasses for 9 years before realizing they had a coating on the inside
I've been running Haas mills since 2016, and a few weeks ago I noticed everything looked slightly hazy but I just blamed it on coolant mist. Then a new guy asked why my glasses looked scratched from the inside, so I flipped them over and sure enough, there was a factory anti-fog coating peeling off. I honestly thought the blur was just part of the shop. Took me way too long to figure out that I could've just peeled the film off and seen clearly this whole time. Same thing happen to anyone else, or am I the only one who never reads the label on PPE?
