It’s wild how putting the hard thing on the calendar actually works. I started doing that with boring life admin stuff and it finally gets done.

Yeah it turns tasks from just ideas into real plans. I break big stuff into smaller calendar blocks so it's less scary. Once it's scheduled you actually have to do it.

Man, I should try that. My version is putting "learn thing" on the calendar and then just staring at the block of time until it passes. Maybe actually opening the laptop would be a good next step.
