Barista at the place on 4th told me my "quiet corner" was why my calls kept dropping
I've been working out of the same cafe on 4th street for about 5 weeks and kept blaming my headset for choppy client calls. The barista finally pointed at the wall behind me and said the metal shelving back there was eating my wifi signal, and she had watched three other people move tables for the same reason. I switched to the front window seat with nothing behind me and my last 4 calls were clean, not a single drop. I mean it makes sense now but I felt pretty silly. Has anyone else found a spot that looked calm but actually wrecked their connection?
