Supply line burst behind the wall at 2am and flooded the stockroom

The braided line on a mop sink in our Springfield building let go overnight and I walked into about an inch of water across 40 feet of floor. Anyone got a brand of shutoff valve they actually trust, because I'm not eating a $6,000 water damage bill twice.
