DAE hear a customer say 'just nuke it and reinstall' and die a little inside?
Had a guy at the counter in Peoria tell me that about his laptop with 6 years of family photos on it, and I had to talk him down for 10 minutes. I offered a $40 drive clone first and he took it, so small win for the day. How do you all pitch backups to folks who think a reinstall fixes everything?
