Hit 500 motherboard repairs this week and it hit me different

I crossed 500 motherboard repairs on my logbook Tuesday, which is way more than I ever expected when I started doing this from my garage back in 2019. My first few were total disasters, like that blown capacitor on an old HP board where I lifted three pads before I figured out what I was doing wrong. Getting to 500 feels weird because it's not like I planned this as a career path, it just sort of happened after I fixed a neighbor's dead gaming PC for sixty bucks. The real shocker is how many of those 500 were the same two or three problems, dead voltage regulators and cracked solder joints under CPU sockets. What milestone numbers have surprised you guys in your own work?

Been real similar for me with phone screens, over 300 in and its always the same cracked LCDs and bad digitizers.

Those cracked solder joints under CPU sockets are honestly the bread and butter of motherboard repairs at this point.
