Last Tuesday I was lifting HVAC units on 6th Ave in Portland and this pigeon landed right on my hook block, just riding it like a theme park seat. I lowered the load to swap a shackle and the bird hopped off, looked at me, then flew straight back up to the cab window and stared through the glass for a solid minute. Anyone else had wildlife treat their crane like a personal perch, or was this bird just judging my pick path?
