Found out reused passwords get stuffed into lists that get sold for like $2, and I used the same one on 6 sites

I was reading a post on a security blog last week and it said hackers buy big lists of leaked logins on the cheap, sometimes just a couple of dollars. The part that got me was that they don't even break in, they just try your email and password from one site on all the others. I sat there and counted and I'd used the same password on 6 different accounts, including my email. Spent most of Sunday changing them all and now I'm on a password manager, but has anyone else found a setup that doesn't drive them crazy?
