My old password manager stopped syncing across my devices last month
It was the one I've used since college, and it just wouldn't update on my phone anymore. I had to manually copy passwords from my desktop for about a week, which felt like a huge step back. I finally switched to a different service after checking some reviews online. Has anyone else had to move all their logins to a new manager recently?

Honestly, manual copying for a week sounds fine. Way less risky than trusting some new cloud service with all your stuff.

My last cloud backup lost about two months of family photos because of a weird sync error. I spent a whole Saturday trying to get them back and it just didn't work. The idea of slowly moving files by hand for seven days feels boring, but at least you know where everything is at the end. That control is worth more than a little bit of time. I get the worry about trusting a new service completely.

Wait, you manually copied passwords for a whole week? That sounds like a total nightmare, I would have messed that up on day one. I can't even keep my grocery list straight between my phone and my computer.
