Just hit 100 hours on my dual monitor timer log and saw a pattern I missed

I started tracking exactly where my attention goes across both screens using a free app called ActivityWatch. After tallying up 100 hours across 3 weeks, I noticed I was spending 40 percent of my time just dragging windows back and forth between displays. That shocked me because I thought my setup was efficient. Has anyone else run a timer log and found a blind spot in their own workflow?

Ran a similar timer log last month and caught myself doing the exact same thing. Thought I was a power user but turns out I spent like 30% of my time just moving windows around and resizing them. Even worse, I found myself constantly switching to the wrong monitor for stuff I could have done on the main screen. The blind spot for me was how much I alt-tabbed back and forth to check email on the second screen. Made me feel dumb but at least now I actually have a system.

Wait seriously @alice_harris35 you logged that and it was actually 30% of your time just fussing with windows? That's wild, I would have guessed way less.
