Warning: I just learned how many old TVs get tossed because of one cheap part

I was reading a report from a recycling center in Cleveland and they said over 40% of the flat screens they get have a single blown capacitor on the power board. People just think the whole thing is dead. I found a 2012 Samsung in my own pile with the same issue, fixed it for about two bucks. How many of you see this as your most common fix now?
