Hot take: A glitter mishap changed my mind on pore strips

I think pore strips are mostly pointless, and a funny event showed why. A client walked in thrilled with her 'deep clean', but her nose was speckled with craft glitter. She swore the strip pulled out grit, but it was just glitter from her kid's art table. I kept a straight face while teaching her about real pore care. Now I use this story to show how gimmicks can fool us. Good old cleansing does the job without the sparkle drama.

Wait, three years is a crazy long time for glitter to stick around. I mean, that stuff gets everywhere but that's next level. What even happened to get glitter in your visor in the first place? Like was it a craft project gone wrong or are we talking about a full on party situation? I feel like the story behind it has to be good for it to still be popping up.
