Just realized that not every forgotten recipe deserves a comeback.
Some old dishes are so out of touch with modern tastes that they're better left in history books.

My cooking history has a few chapters that should stay closed, like my infamous tuna noodle casserole. Some recipes are lost for a very good reason.
