Actually, short bursts don't quite match that long workout feeling.

Actually, you don't need a full routine to get that endorphin rush, lol. Even short bursts like a 10-minute workout can help a lot. Try fitting in small sessions when your schedule allows.

Totally used to think you needed a long gym session. Trying short bursts like you said actually proved me wrong.
