Our firm is looking to switch from our current receptionist service. I've heard good things about Alert Communications and Ruby Receptionists, but I'm torn. Anyone have experience with either? We're a mid-sized personal injury firm, need 24/7 coverage and Spanish bilingual. Thoughts?

We've used Alert Communications for about two years now. They specialize in law firms, which is a big plus. Their intake is really good, they capture details well and are great with Spanish. Ruby is okay but more general business. I'd lean Alert for legal.
I can't speak to Alert, but Ruby has been solid for our small practice. We don't need heavy intake though, just message taking. If you need full intake and bilingual, maybe Alert is better suited. Ruby's Spanish is okay but not as robust.
