Paid $18 to see that new horror flick at the Alamo Drafthouse and walked out during the third jump scare
The whole theater was dead silent except for one guy crunching popcorn way too loud and the movie relied on the same fake-out cat jump scare like five times. I got a ticket refund but has anyone else had a movie that made you ditch your popcorn?

People get way too dramatic about leaving a movie early. Nine times out of ten it's just a bad seat or someone's loud breathing that's actually ruining it. Sound like you had a pretty standard forgettable horror flick that relied on cats doing cat things. Not every movie needs to be a masterpiece, sometimes you just eat your popcorn and accept the $18 loss.
