Hey everyone. I've been looking into starting a medical weight loss program and I'm torn between Inside Health and Vitality Clinics. Both have clinics near me and offer the weight loss injections I'm interested in. Has anyone here used either of them? Looking for some real feedback on the process and costs before I commit.

Log InTotally agree on Inside Health. The injections are great but having a practitioner actually sit down and explain the whole program made me feel way more comfortable about the process. Definitely worth booking a consultation with them to see how they map it out for you.
I highly recommend Inside Health! I switched to their weight loss clinic after a pretty lackluster experience elsewhere. Their weight loss program is much more comprehensive. They don't just hand you the injections and send you on your way; they actually track your progress, do regular check-ins, and adjust things as needed. The staff is super friendly too.
I actually went to Vitality for a few months. It was okay, but honestly felt a bit like a factory. You go in, they give you the shot, and rush you out. Not a ton of actual guidance on lifestyle or nutrition, which was kind of disappointing considering the monthly cost.
