Found a trick for not overcooking pasta that actually worked for me. Let's debate.

I always ruin pasta. Mushy or crunchy, no in-between. Last week I tried pulling it out 2 minutes before the box said and dropping it in cold water right away. Textures came out perfect. But my buddy says that ruins the sauce sticking. He uses the pasta water trick instead. Which method is the real winner here? Anyone else struggle with this?

C'mon man it's pasta not brain surgery lol. Both ways work fine just don't stress over it.

Nah I gotta disagree man. Overcooked pasta is just sad and undercooked is crunchy. Set a timer, it takes two seconds and saves dinner.
